Journeys in the world “beyond” this reality: shamanism!

Susan and I have been spiritual buddies or psychic pals for around 40 years. We set out together one amazing weekend, around March 1995, to explore shamanism. I lay down and journeyed first and it was, well, freaky. I had the violent shudders and couldn’t stop my body being picked up and shaken like a rag doll for several minutes.
Susan told me later she was a bit jealous. But she eventually became the master, as you will hear, and far surpassed anything I could teach her. When she took her turn, I could quite clearly see this vaporous white mist arising out of her chest. It was part of the story she was seeing. But I could see it too! Sitting in her lounge, I could see part of the other world, through my loving companion! Phew!
From then on, we both “knew” that stuff in other dimensions is real, meaning two or more people can be affected.
Moreover, we formed our definition of “shamanism”, which is that something in the “other” world, or other dimensions, has to produce a change in this world, this reality. Otherwise it could be just a hallucination.

Interesting. But sound level is so terribly low (quiet), especially Susan’s voice, that it makes the whole thing nearly useless-hard to understand.

Sound is fine
