World-Class Arm Wrestler and Tennis Coach: Paul Cohen

Here’s a man of 83 who plans to live forever (well, a very long time!)

Guest: Paul Cohen

Paul Cohen flexes his muscles

Paul Cohen has been a good friend and a follower of mine for many years. The truth is, we could all learn a lot from Paul. At the age of 83 he’s still in tip-top condition, very little body fat, as you can see, and is incredibly fit physically. He’s still an international arm wrestling champion.

But Paul’s history goes back a long way. He was a tennis coach of international renown in the 1970s and coached, among others, John McEnroe and the Williams sisters, Venus and Serena.

I persuaded Paul to come and share some of his health secrets and—whereas eating raw liver, heart and kidneys may not suit everyone—It certainly suits him! Eating “clean” I think would be a better description of why he’s so healthy.

He’s still fighting fit and, although I am only a few years behind, Paul is the kind of dedicated enthusiast that I love to talk with and take suggestions from.

Listen and learn. Let Paul be a food coach too!
